Tiziana Romano

Tiziana Romano is a highly accomplished civil litigator with more than 20 years of focused experience exclusively dedicated to personal injury and insurance litigation. Over the course of her career, she has represented countless injured clients in complex and high-value claims arising from catastrophic motor vehicle collisions, serious orthopaedic and neurological injuries, chronic pain, traumatic brain injuries, occupiers’ liability, product liability, insurance disputes, and medical and dental negligence matters.

Known for her strategic advocacy, meticulous case preparation, and relentless commitment to achieving results, Tiziana has built a reputation as a formidable advocate for individuals navigating life-altering injuries and difficult disputes with insurers. Her practice spans every stage of litigation, including liability analysis, catastrophic injury claims, mediation, arbitration, settlement negotiation, and courtroom advocacy.

Before joining Broadhurst LLC and being admitted as an Attorney-at-Law in the Cayman Islands, Tiziana practiced for over a decade at one of downtown Toronto’s leading personal injury litigation boutiques, where she handled a broad spectrum of sophisticated civil litigation matters and developed extensive experience managing complex, document-intensive, and medically complicated claims.

Tiziana has devoted her entire professional career to advocating for injured individuals and their families, combining compassionate client service with aggressive and strategic representation. She is recognized for her ability to navigate highly contested claims involving significant damages, difficult causation issues, multiple experts, and complex insurance coverage disputes.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005.

Tiziana is a member of the Cayman Islands Law Society and a non-practicing member of the Law Society of Ontario.

In addition to English, Tiziana is fluent in Italian and Spanish and also has a working knowledge of French and Portuguese, allowing her to effectively communicate with clients from diverse international backgrounds.
